Chongqing AOLONG Bio-products Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 and is located in the National Modern Animal Husbandry Technology Demonstration Core Area—the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Rongchang District, Chongqing. The company has a registered capital of 50 million yuan, covers an area of over 100 mu, has a total investment of 200 million yuan, and currently has total assets of 370 million yuan. It is a modern GMP-certified enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, sales, and technical services of animal (pig, cattle, sheep) bio-products.
The company has built a 5,000-square-meter livestock product live vaccine workshop, including cell culture virus live vaccine production lines, cell suspension culture virus live vaccine production lines, swine fever live vaccine (rabbit-derived) production lines, bacterial live vaccine (including bacterial culture subunit vaccines) production lines, and an independent brucellosis live vaccine production line; a 5,500-square-meter livestock product inactivated vaccine workshop, including bacterial inactivated vaccine production lines, cell culture virus inactivated vaccine production lines, and clostridium inactivated vaccine production lines; a 4,500-square-meter quality inspection and R&D center (including a laboratory built to P3 standards) and a 1,000-square-meter diagnostic product production workshop; a 6,000-square-meter pig, cattle, sheep, and rabbit experimental animal center; a 5,000-square-meter administrative office center; and a 2,000-square-meter employee activity center, etc. Advanced high-density bioreactors, suspension culture equipment, washing and drying integrated packaging lines, freeze dryers, and various testing equipment allow Chongqing AOLONG Bio to grow year by year, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 billion doses; it owns more than 20 products, including: sheep echinococcosis (hydatid disease) gene engineering subunit vaccine (national Class I new veterinary drug), brucellosis live vaccine (A19, S2, BA0711), swine fever live vaccine, pseudorabies live vaccine, goat pox live vaccine, goat mycoplasma pneumonia inactivated vaccine, bovine Pasteurella multocida inactivated vaccine, etc. Among them, the sheep hydatid gene engineering subunit vaccine and Brucellosis S2 vaccine have the highest market share in the country. The goat pox live vaccine has a good therapeutic effect on bovine nodular dermatitis, and the product has been exported to Laos, Cambodia, and other countries and regions through various channels such as foreign trade and foreign aid, playing a significant role in controlling bovine nodular dermatitis in these areas.
The company has established close technical cooperation relationships with renowned universities and research institutions such as the Royal Society of New Zealand, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University, the China Veterinary Drug Inspection Institute, Sichuan Agricultural University, Southwest University, Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute, Harbin Veterinary Research Institute, and Chongqing Academy of Animal Husbandry Sciences. Annual R&D expenses account for about 10% of annual operating income, and the company holds more than 60 national patents. The company has established a postdoctoral workstation and a Haizhi talent workstation, and has passed numerous certifications, including CNAS, GCP, three-in-one standard, and two-in-one integration.
