(hereinafter referred to as Aolong Bio) held its “Building Momentum to Break the Impasse and Rise Against the Trend” first-half 2026 marketing summary conference in the Grand Conference Room on the third floor of the Administrative Center. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the performance of the company’s marketing efforts in the first half of the year, conducted an in-depth analysis of operational challenges, pain points, and bottlenecks, and thoroughly assessed the current industry market landscape. It also formulated precise plans for the second-half priorities and target objectives, aligned all employees around a shared vision of progress, and rallied the team to pool resources and tackle key issues, striving with full commitment to achieve the year’s goals and further enhance the company’s product market share and competitive edge.

Turning the blade inward to break the deadlock, we are building momentum and uniting our forces to usher in a new chapter. At the outset of the meeting, Fu Gang, General Manager of Aolong Bio, delivered an opening address, emphasizing that this summary conference is a pivotal occasion for reflection, identifying gaps, addressing shortcomings, and rallying collective strength to break through challenges. He underscored that post‑mortem analysis must go beyond mere summaries and vague statements; each business segment and regional market must ground their assessments in data, systematically review performance metrics, conduct a detailed diagnosis of issues, objectively evaluate successes and failures, and squarely confront existing weaknesses. Leaders responsible for each business unit are expected to provide targeted feedback and implement precise, actionable measures, ensuring that the review is thorough, the strategic planning ambitious, and execution resolute—thus guaranteeing the steady implementation and successful completion of the company’s annual strategic objectives.
Subsequently, the business managers of the five major divisions—cattle and sheep seedlings, government procurement, piglets, and foreign trade—each presented a mid-year performance review, drawing on their respective roles and benchmarking against actual results. They provided a detailed analysis of each division’s progress in achieving targets, market‑development achievements, customer‑relationship management, as well as the challenges and issues they face. Fu Gang stated that in the first half of the year, the company set a baseline target of RMB 235 million for the full year and aimed to push toward RMB 250 million. Cumulative sales revenue reached RMB 136.2189 million, up RMB 8.9255 million year over year, while net profit stood at RMB 40 million. Overall, the business maintained steady progress, demonstrating strong, well-rounded competitiveness. Looking ahead to the second half, he laid out clear expectations and emphasized that, for the currently challenging cattle‑related business segment, all employees must prioritize it, take proactive measures, deepen expert collaboration and technical support, focus on key corporate clients, and make every effort to break into new market segments. Meanwhile, the sheep‑related business should zero in on core products, penetrate lower‑tier markets to expand growth opportunities, strengthen brand marketing, and accelerate the development and deployment of new offerings—building momentum for the company’s sustainable, high‑quality growth. As for the government procurement segment, greater investment in staff training is needed to identify and address gaps through real‑world application, continuously enhancing service efficiency and professional capabilities. Finally, the foreign trade segment, as a long‑term and demanding undertaking, must maintain strategic resolve, proceed steadily and methodically, and advance in an orderly manner.
General Manager Fu stated that, despite the current modest growth rate, he remains confident that, with the support and empowerment of Hengtong Shares, Aolong Bio’s future holds great promise. All members of the Aolong team should devote themselves wholeheartedly and press ahead with unwavering dedication, ensuring that every task is implemented effectively through a down-to-earth, results-oriented approach, and striving to write a new chapter in the company’s high-quality development.
