◆ The two-combination vaccine works for all sheep.

The vaccine is a two-combination inactivated vaccine for the prevention of sheep mycoplasma pneumonia, which can prevent the infection of sheep mycoplasma pneumonia (MoGH3-3 strain) and goat mycoplasma pneumonia subspecies (M87-1 strain) at the same time, and effectively prevent sheep and goat mycoplasma pneumonia.

  ◆ Epidemic strains, strong pertinence

It took 3 years to carry out molecular epidemiological investigation in the whole country, and screened out the dominant epidemic strains (MoGH3-3 strains and M87-1 strains). After immunization, the antibody level was high and the duration was long. After 30 days of immunization, the average antibody level reached 1:256-1:1024, and the high level of antibody lasted for more than 6 months.

  Advanced technology, high amount of antigen

The main active ingredient of the vaccine is mycoplasma harvested from cell-free culture medium, non-tissue inactivated vaccine, each containing inactivated MoGH3-3 strains of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae and M87-1 strains of Mycoplasma caprine pneumonia subspecies are not less than 4.5 × 10 far.

  ◆ Aqueous adjuvant, no side effects

It is formulated with imported aqueous biphasic adjuvant, with small viscosity, easy extraction, easy injection, easy absorption, slow release, no side effects and inflammatory nodules, and no effect on the productivity of breeding sheep.

  [Main composition and content]

The vaccine contains inactivated MoGH3-3 strains of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae and M87-1 strains of Mycoplasma capitis subspecies, each containing 4.5 × 10 SCU of MoGH3-3 and M87-1 strains.

  [Appearance] white emulsion

  [Indication] It is used to prevent mycoplasma pneumonia in sheep and goats caused by Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae and Mycoplasma caprine pneumonia subspecies. The immunization period is 10 months.

  [Usage and dosage]

Subcutaneous injection in the neck. Each sheep is 3ml, lambs without maternal antibodies are injected at neck points at the age of 1-2 weeks. Lambs with maternal antibodies can be immunized at the age of 1-2 months, and other sheep can be immunized once in spring and autumn.

  [Note]

(1) The vaccine bottle is prohibited when it is broken or has no label;

(2) The vaccine must not be frozen, and the frozen vaccine is strictly prohibited;

(3) Restore the vaccine to room temperature and shake it properly before use;

(4) Routine aseptic operation should be adopted during inoculation;

(5) The sheep began to produce antibodies 5-7 days after inoculation with AoChuankang, and the antibody level reached the peak in 30 days. The antibody level (titer) was detected by forward indirect hemagglutination test (IHA), and the antibody titer was ≥ 1:16, indicating that the antibody can provide immune protection to the animal body.

In 1988, China identified the lung tissue of "goat rotten lung disease" preserved in 1955 as mycoplasma filamentous goat subspecies (Mmc), and wrote it into the regulations in 1988. Although the preserved strain was re-identified as mycoplasma caprine subspecies in 2007, the regulations have not been revised so far, and the regulations and product instructions still use the name of mycoplasma caprine subspecies.
