[Main composition and content]
The vaccine contains Brucella cold shock protein cspA gene deletion BA0711 strain, and the number of viable bacteria in each vaccine should not be less than 2.0 × 109CFU and not higher than 3.0 × 109CFU。
[Appearance]
Slightly yellow spongy loose mass, easy to separate from the bottle wall, quickly dissolved after adding diluent.
[Function]
It is used to prevent brucellosis in cattle and sheep. It produces immunity after 2 months of immunization. The immunization period is 12 months.
[Usage and dosage]
Subcutaneous injection for healthy cattle, sheep and goats over 2 months of age. When inoculating goats, dilute the vaccine with sterile physiological saline or PBS buffer to 1 part per milliliter according to the number of parts indicated by the bottle label. When inoculating sheep, dilute to 1.5 parts per milliliter with the same method. When inoculating cattle, dilute to 10 parts per milliliter with the same method. 1.0ml per head (only)
[Note]
(1) Broad-spectrum antibiotics are prohibited within 2 weeks after inoculation.
(2) This product may have a certain degree of pathogenicity to people, and vaccination staff should be protected during vaccination operations to avoid infection or allergic reactions.
(3) It may cause a transient decrease in milk yield after immunization of dairy cows.
(4) When inoculated, the inoculation site should be locally disinfected.
(5) Used vaccine bottles, instruments and unused vaccines should be treated innocuously.
