From August 15 to 18, 2024, Chongqing aolong biological products co., ltd. successfully held the "passionate foying gorge swimming in the water world"-aolong biological 2024 'cohesion and gratitude tour group building activity. the whole trip lasted 4 days, aiming at thanking all employees for their hard work over the past year, strengthening team cohesion and enhancing friendship between employees. The tour route of the activity includes Fo Ying Gorge and Shenlong Gorge in Chongqing, China Nuo City in Guizhou Province, Shuanghe Valley behind the 12th, underground crack, Qingxi Gorge, etc. The whole journey is full and rich.
At the beginning of the event, Mr. Fu Gang, the general manager, delivered an inspiring speech. Mr. Fu said that although the domestic and global environment this year is not ideal, Aolong biology has achieved adversity growth. In order to thank all employees for their unremitting efforts and selfless dedication over the past year, and to enhance team building, the company decided to lead all employees on this "journey of cohesion and gratitude". First of all, it is necessary to ensure the safety of travel, not to fall behind, not to be left alone, and colleagues should take care of each other; second, all employees should show the spirit of Aolong and travel in a civilized manner; finally, Mr. Fu said that after the end of the group construction, each employee should devote himself to his own work with a more dedicated attitude and repay the company's deep care and firm support for the employees with practical actions. After Mr. Fu finished his speech, all the staff, wearing the red travel caps carefully customized by the company, embarked on a four-day trip to the cool water world under the leadership of Mr. Fu Gang, the general manager.

The first stop on the trip was the Steep Creek Valley. In the face of various exploration projects, everyone encouraged each other to cheer for each other. Through challenging projects such as single-plank bridges and iron cables, the employees demonstrated the team's spirit of collaboration and courage. After lunch, after a short rest, all the staff are ready to go to the picturesque Buddha Shadow Gorge. Put on life jackets, pick up "combat tools", everyone happily sat on the kayak, playing in the cool stream, water fights. Some choose to fight a "protracted war," some choose an "ambush war," and still others choose to unite with other teams to concentrate their firepower to "launch an attack". The cool gift of nature brings endless vitality to the team. In the exciting and joyful game of water fights, the relationship between team members becomes closer. Everyone supported each other in the splash and deepened their understanding of each other in the laughter.

The next morning, accompanied by birds and flowers, the Australian dragon people embarked on a hiking trip to Shenlong Gorge. Shenlong Gorge, a winding dragon, sleeping in the mountain stream, its legend inspires everyone. The whole hike lasted two and a half hours, and rows of "Little Red Riding Hoods" faintly appeared in the dense mountains. That was our team. It is like a flowing red river, along the winding mountain road, every step is a challenge to the limit of self, and every breath is a test of perseverance. In the process of hiking, the colleagues in front kept turning back, calling for encouragement to the companions in the rear, conveying strength and courage. Everyone called and waved to each other in the mountains. Under the encouragement of their companions, the fatigue caused by hiking was also dispelled by the warmth and strength of the team.
The fields rolled out layer by layer outside the car window, and the mountain landforms of Guizhou slowly appeared in front of us. In the afternoon, everyone drove to China Nuo City, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. Nuo opera, Nuo sacrifice and Nuo dance carry the beautiful vision of Gelao people to pray for good fortune and eliminate diseases and disasters. As night falls, everyone is immersed in the three Yao Tai customs of the Gelao people in Guizhou. The so-called "Yao Tai" means "end". Three Yao Tai means that each banquet ends only after tea, banquet and meal. Everyone followed the Miao woman across the bamboo pole, tasted Guizhou's special cuisine and enjoyed the Nuo opera performance. Finally, everyone watched the spectacular scene of the intangible cultural heritage playing iron flowers, and the sparks splashed everywhere, just like the enthusiasm and dreams in our hearts. This experience gave the team members a deeper understanding of Chinese traditional culture, and also gave everyone a profound baptism.

The third day of the journey came to Guizhou Suiyang twelve behind. On the fourth day, the team came to the last stop of the trip: Qingxi Gorge. The employees enjoyed the natural scenery of Qingxi Gorge on the cruise ship, sometimes looking for the figure of the mandarin ducks playing in the water, and sometimes waving and shouting at the passing ships. Everyone hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder, convey warmth in the hug, express affection in the "than heart", the relationship between team members has become closer. In the deep canyon, the gentle breeze is like a delicate silk and satin, which dissipates the scorching heat brought by the sun and brings coolness to everyone. The clear stream reflected everyone's relaxed smiling faces.
