At 3 p.m. on February 5, 2025, Chongqing Aolong Biological Products Co., Ltd. held its “Gather Strength for Win-Win Success and Re-create Glory” 2025 New Year Kick-off Rally in the conference room on the third floor of the company’s administrative building. This was a powerful and inspiring gathering that marked the company’s embarkation on a new journey with a fresh spirit in the coming year. The meeting was chaired by Yang Xiaohui, Deputy Director of the Administrative Center. Company General Manager Fu Gang led all senior executives, heads of various departments, and all employees to attend the meeting together.

The conference kicked off to an inspiring melody, as everyone rose to their feet and sang the group’s anthem, “Bravely Forward, Hua Pai.” The loud and uplifting voices of all participants echoed like the beating of war drums, setting an energetic prelude for the groundbreaking mobilization meeting.

General Manager Fu Gang then took the stage and provided a comprehensive summary of the work carried out by each department in 2024. He noted that 2024 was a year of remarkable growth for Aolong Bio: the company’s annual sales exceeded 160 million, ushering in a new round of rapid development. In the field of R&D and innovation, the company secured two authorized utility model patents, one design patent, and had two invention patents publicly disclosed—achieving abundant innovative results. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the production task force, the company significantly reduced production costs, achieving remarkable gains in cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Sales of our products in Laos have officially entered a steady track and achieved meaningful breakthroughs, and the doors to the international market are gradually opening. Moreover, the successful inaugural “Aolong Cup” Employee Games not only strengthened the spirit of unity and hard work among employees but also fostered an increasingly friendly and collaborative atmosphere within the company.

These achievements would not have been possible without the concerted efforts of all employees. The company’s various operations have been steadily advancing, and all key business indicators have been firmly safeguarded. At the same time, General Manager Fu Gang clearly pointed out that behind these impressive results, there are still some shortcomings that need to be squarely addressed: sales of certain products fell below expectations, and the improvement in the number of Brucella A19 strains has been less than ideal. Faced with these challenges, only by honestly acknowledging our weaknesses can we achieve even greater breakthroughs in the coming year. Building on a thorough review of the past, General Manager Fu Gang laid out a detailed plan for the work ahead in 2025, providing clear direction for the company’s future development and injecting new confidence and motivation into all employees.

Next, the announcement of appointments for management personnel at all levels within the company took place. General Manager Fu Gang announced to the assembly the appointments of management personnel at all levels for the year 2025. Corresponding adjustments were made to the positions and job responsibilities of our three colleagues—Peng Zhi, Qin Shirong, and Huang Mafeng. The three newly promoted managers each took the floor in turn, their eyes sparkling with excitement and their hearts filled with deep gratitude toward the company. They pledged that, in their new roles, they would live up to the trust placed in them, go all out, and contribute their utmost to the company’s development. These appointments not only reflect the inevitable needs of the company’s business growth but also serve as strong evidence of the outstanding capabilities of these employees themselves. They represent a concrete implementation of General Manager Fu Gang’s guiding principle on talent promotion: “Promote one person only after they’ve fully matured; promote through competition; allow both upward and downward mobility.” This initiative fully demonstrates the company’s commitment to valuing and nurturing talent, injecting fresh vitality into the company’s development.

This responsibility letter not only lays out detailed plans and arrangements for each department’s work but also carries a profound sense of responsibility and mission. Its signing marks the moment when all departments and employees of the company will assume their respective roles, collaborate closely, and ensure the company’s smooth and efficient operation. It serves as a crucial guarantee for the company’s journey toward new heights and represents the shared direction that all employees are striving toward together.

Subsequently, General Manager Fu Gang presented company badges to employees who had been officially hired after September 2024. This badge symbolizes both the employees’ sense of belonging and their pride, and serves as a constant reminder of their responsibilities. It embodies the employees’ commitment to growing together with the company and inspires each employee to contribute even more to the company’s development in the coming year.

The atmosphere at the conference grew increasingly enthusiastic as the session progressed. The meeting held the award ceremony for the 4th General Manager’s Special Award. The General Manager’s Special Award is the company’s most prestigious honor. It has no fixed quota and is not awarded every year; rather, it is specifically presented to teams or individuals who have made exceptionally outstanding contributions. This honor stands as the highest symbol in the hearts of Aolong employees. The recipients of the 4th General Manager’s Special Award were the Government Procurement Team from the Marketing Center. Over the past year, thanks to their exceptional performance and relentless efforts, they exceeded their annual targets and made a tremendous contribution to the company’s breakthrough in business results. Their success is a perfect blend of teamwork and individual dedication—a vivid embodiment of the Aolong spirit.

At the conclusion of the conference, General Manager Fu Gang delivered a closing speech. He noted that 2024 had been a challenging year for the industry. Despite these difficulties, the entire company—from top to bottom—had pressed forward relentlessly, overcoming numerous obstacles and providing solid support for new growth drivers. Every employee’s dedication is deeply valued and has laid a robust foundation for the company’s breakthroughs. While 2024 saw both highlights and areas for improvement, General Manager Fu Gang called on all employees to build on their strengths, address their shortcomings, and always uphold the spirit of “pioneering courage,” ensuring that the company continues to thrive and flourish.

Finally, General Manager Fu Gang borrowed Chairman Mao Zedong’s poem “Three Sixteen-Character Verses” to encourage all employees:

With the successful conclusion of the 2025 Project Kick-off Meeting, Aolong Bio’s new journey for 2025 has officially begun. Filled with aspirations and confidence for the future, all employees, under the leadership of General Manager Fu Gang, will join forces to achieve mutual success, create new brilliance, and write a brand-new chapter in the company’s development!
